Note: There is a real shortage of nice, properly-priced homes on the market. If you have a FIRST CLASS Mountain,  Waterfront, or Log Home to sell, we can sell it, while so much of the market is sitting idle due to overpricing, poor condition, or inadequate marketing. Properly-priced homes in great shape have buyers waiting every day.
I sometimes have a good number of mountain lots available in top-notch communities, PLUS, good builders who can build for you. If you don't see the lot you want, ask... there may be more. I often have several properties that don't yet have their own web pages.  I do show these new listings to folks who ask for such properties. Keep watching the site or email me today! CW
